Preschool Yoga Program
A delightful and engaging course designed specifically for young children. This fun-filled program introduces little ones to the magical world of yoga through playful movements, imaginative storytelling, and interactive games. Each session focuses on developing flexibility, balance, and coordination while promoting mindfulness and self-awareness.
Children will be introduced to basic yoga poses, simple deep breathing exercises, that not only enhance physical fitness but also nurture emotional well-being. With a strong emphasis on creativity and play, our certified instructor create a warm and supportive environment where preschoolers can explore their bodies, express their emotions, and connect with their peers.

Class Structure
Class Length: 20-45 minutes
Introduction: Theme, class structure and expectations are introduced.
Breath Work: Using time to connect the class together, we take deep at once using props and hands on techniques to introduce proper breathing.
Warmup: Engaging full body warmup.
Poses & Games: During this portion, movement relating to class theme are executed and yoga related games are played in a group setting.
Cool Down: Seated and reclined poses to calm the class before moving onto the next activity.
Goodbye: Final encouraging words are said, mats are cleaned up, Goodbye until next time.

Yoga provides many benefits to children and their development. Yoga improves physical wellness by increasing strength and flexibility. Children will grow body awareness and coordination through movements. They also are introduce to stress reduction tools early in life, increasing mindfulness and improve focus. Class also build relationships with peers building a close community.

Making children's yoga class fun involves incorporating engaging activities, storytelling, music, and playfulness. Use of story-based yoga sequences allow children to use their imagination and creativity. The program integrate fun yoga poses and encourages kids to make sounds or act out specific movements. Additionally, interactive games like yoga-inspired Simon Says keep children interested and active.

No! mindful minis is a fully mobile program allowing easy for your the centre. We show up with mats and props. All that is required from the school and centre is a large enough space.
Theme
Animals: Act like animals from around the world using our bodies to put us in shapes that resemble the animal, we vocalize the sound of animals and use fun animals themed deep breathing practices.
Kindness/Friendship: Age appropriate affirmations like “I like to share” & “I am a good friend” are used while in basic yoga poses to introduce positive affirmation.
ABC: Airplane, Bumble Bee, Cat, Downward Dog. Starting at the beginning we go through the whole alphabet doing yoga poses that start with each letter.
Do you think you can make yourself look like the letter ‘C’? Get into various shapes to look like the alphabet.
Shapes: Using our bodies to try to create shapes like squares, circles and triangles. Creative movement and imagination are used during this class.
Nursery Rhyme: Move to classic nursery rhymes such as “Hey-diddle diddle,” “Old McDonald Had A Farm,” “Skip to my Lou”
