Meet the Founder
Mindful Minis was founded by Emily Myers, a certified yoga instructor and dance instructor with specialized training children’s programming. With a passion for mindful movement and early childhood development, Emily created Mindful Minis to bring meaningful, age-appropriate enrichment directly into learning environments.
