Preschool Dance Program
The Preschool Dance course is designed to introduce young children to the fundamental concepts of movement and rhythm through engaging and age-appropriate dance activities. This program emphasizes the development of motor skills, coordination, and creative expression in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Classes incorporate imaginative play, simple choreography, and music appreciation, allowing children to build confidence and self-esteem while fostering social interactions with peers. The emphasis on fun and creativity ensures that each child can express themselves freely while enjoying the benefits of physical activity. By doing unilateral single-leg or single-arm exercises children can learn to work both sides of the body equally.
